To Our Idaho Internet Customers

New Years is a time for reflection. Many of us focus on what we are grateful for from the previous year, as well as set goals on what we want to accomplish in the coming year. This has been a busy year for us at Anthem Broadband, and we have a lot to be grateful for. First and foremost, we are grateful for our customers and our amazing Anthem team โ€“ you are the reason we do what we do. Internet is a utility for which there are many providers, and we are grateful you choose us.

This past year was exciting in that we have completed our fiber network in Carey, ID, and we are working ahead on our fiber projects in Shelley and Rigby, Idaho. We have also worked on deploying more and more high-speed wireless and hybrid technologies, throughout our network, to ensure we are always improving the services we are able to provide our customers. There are many new wireless solutions coming out that rival in speed and reliability what can be achieved with fiber, and we have a vast network of over 300 towers that can deliver these to our customers. Many of our customers live in rural areas that will likely never be serviced by some of the big fiber providers โ€“ despite the vast amounts of government funding that are going to those companies. We feel that everyone needs and deserves the best internet that can be provided, and we have not, and will not, stop improving our offering particularly in these more rural areas.

In 2023 we enjoyed so much seeing many of you at the fairs and events we attended in the various communities we serve. We love connecting with you in person, as much as we do virtually through text or with our customer care teams. We want you to know that it is our goal for 2024 and beyond to ensure that you are very satisfied with your internet, as well as your customer experience. In the coming months we are looking forward to bringing you this monthly letter that will be brief, but hopefully full of value-added technology tips and tricks. We also plan on highlighting some of our Anthem Brand Ambassadors in the community as well as letting you follow the end of our construction journey. If you have questions on tech topics and things you would like to share, please pass them along!

Please know that we sincerely appreciate our place in this Idaho community. We are grateful for the opportunity to be in business, and to serve each of you. We wish each of you and your families health, happiness and prosperity in the new year.

Sincerely,

Jacob Larsen, Mike Ricks, Kevin Neal, & the entire Anthem Team
