Safelink Internet is proud to announce that we will be changing our brand name and corporate identity to Anthem Broadband! The name change is a result of a rebranding effort designed to mirror the growth, transformation, and future vision of the company.
Throughout its history, Safelink Internet has been focused on connecting communities and creating solutions for rural areas that would otherwise have little to no option for internet service. As a result, Safelink has become a leader in the industry and the largest wireless internet service provider in Idaho and the surrounding areas.
Nevertheless, our business has undergone a significant transformation in the last few years that has justified a new brand that will better reflect where the company is and where we plan to be in the future. Anthem Broadband has been designed to reflect what our original mark stood for and our goal of providing a safe, reliable connection to the internet while simultaneously moving the brand forward, acknowledging our new company culture and our focus on, and dedication to, our customers and the future of internet technologies.
In this sense, Anthem Broadband represents an evolution from our previous experience, origins, and roots to also reflect our focus on the future and our driving passion of using the very best technologies to connect communities to what matters most to them, whether that be work, family, school, shopping, hobbies, games, and more. We encourage everyone to join the Anthem and find their voice in this digital era where the world is at your fingertips.
What will change for you, the customer?
Not too much. Current service plans and pricing will not change and customers will continue to enjoy internet connectivity with no data caps, no throttling, a Wi-Fi managed router, and parental controls built in. Our team remains the same and we remain Idaho owned and operated, with our corporate office and tech support team headquartered in Rupert, Idaho. New services that you will be able to take advantage of will include bundle options of an enhanced residential and business VoIP phone and fax service as well as a menu of home security and automation solutions.
